Our primary goal is to help each individual become the best athlete he or she can be.  We also recognize that each person's definition of success is different and of equal value, whether it's to set personal records or to win a national championship.  Nevertheless, this is a serious program that, in the past ten years, has turned out 19 All-Americans and produced four top-ten team finishes at nationals without compromising any of those athletes' academic or personal goals.                               </I></div> </tD> </tR> </TABLE></B></div> <div> <B>                                 </B></div> <div>                                  </div> </td> </tr></table></body>
