Accomodations
From June to August, Ohio Wesleyan University opens its residence halls to conference visitors. Accommodations are available in Smith Hall, Welch Hall, Hayes Hall, Stuyvesant Hall, and Thomson Hall. All dormitories are locked twenty-four hours per day. Access to each dorm is gained by swiping a conference card that is provided to each person in a group. Parking is available at each residence hall at no charge.

Smith Hall is an air-conditioned dorm. Each suite sleeps four and includes a private bath and study room. Total capacity is 373. Smith Hall offers a large rec room with pool tables, ping-pong table, and TV lounge. Included among the building’s facilities are study rooms on each floor, meeting rooms, and a computer lab with Internet access. There are also vending machines, and two coin operated laundry rooms. The dining hall is located on the first floor of this hall.

Welch Hall

Welch Hall has been designed and renovated in extra ways to integrate living and learning experiences. Total capacity is 198. Each suite sleeps four and includes a private bath and study room. Facilities include a computer lab with Internet access, a darkroom, a full kitchen, many meeting rooms, and a weight room. Welch Hall also offers a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and TV lounge. Vending machines and a coin operated laundry are available.
