Initial Projects Upon Acquisition of 9 Williams Drive on the OWU Campus
• Replace all windows in the house
• Repair and paint interior of house
• Significant improvements to the bathrooms/showers
• Furnished the entire house (living & sleeping areas)

• Refinish pool table surface
• Investigate house plumbing issues

• Replacement pizza oven, blender and toaster oven
• Installation of Greek Letters ( ASF ) on the rear of the house
Summer 2005 projects approved by the House Corporation:
• Installation of window in bathroom
• Upgrade to existing ventilation fans in Chapter Room, Recreation Room and Sump Pump Room
• Landscape upgrading, replacement, repair and mulching
• Replacement of exterior lighting. All the “down lights” around the eves/roof line need replacement. Proposed installation of new lighting near House Director's apartment.
• Repair couch in Living Room
• Replacement of carpet in recreation room
• Tile on first floor and basement in need of replacement
• Hallways, Recreation Room, Stairwells, Chapter Room and sleeping rooms to be painted
• Replacement of hallway lights
• Basement sump room dehumidification & ventilation
• Recreation room couch upholstery to be repaired, cushions replaced
• Strip, clean & polish dining room floor, stairwell, hallways (2 nd & 3 rd floors), showers, basement & first floor guest bathrooms

• Installation of sidewalk from chapter house to Thompson Hall
